Today is the one year anniversary of our mother's passing. To honor her, this is a continuation of part one which was posted earlier this week. First is the list of her recipes and then four of her favorite recipes.

½ c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Tapioca Pudding – Yvonne
or 1T. & 2 t. powdered egg
with mixer and let stand 5 min. in pan. Cook slowly until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove
from heat and add ¾ t.

Zucchini Nut Bread - Yvonne
oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
first five ingredients, stir in nuts. Combine remaining ingredients and add to
flour mixture. Stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into
greased & floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for one hour and 10 min. Cool 10
min. in pan.
